Pumpkin Spice Cake

A warm, fall-inspired cake with pumpkin puree and cozy spices.
Ingredients
- 2 cup All-purpose flour sifted
- 1.5 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 3 Large eggs
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.

- Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
Notes
Use canned or fresh pumpkin puree.
