Raspberry Chocolate Cake

A decadent chocolate cake with tart raspberry filling and chocolate ganache.
Ingredients
- 2 cup All-purpose flour sifted
- 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
- 0.5 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 cup Raspberry jam
- 3 Large eggs
- 0.5 cup Butter melted
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch cake pans.

- Whisk eggs, sugar, and butter until smooth.1.5 cup Granulated sugar, 3 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Butter
- Fold in dry ingredients, divide batter between pans, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool cakes, spread raspberry jam between layers, and top with chocolate ganache.1 cup Raspberry jam
Notes
Use fresh raspberries for garnish.
