  • 4 tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a platter.
