Shrimp Cocktail

Chilled shrimp served with a tangy cocktail sauce for a classic appetizer.

Ingredients
Shrimp
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tsp salt
Cocktail Sauce
- 0.5 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water with salt.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Drain shrimp and transfer to an ice bath to cool.
- Mix ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Arrange chilled shrimp on a platter and serve with cocktail sauce.
Notes
Adjust horseradish for desired spice level. Serve with lemon wedges.
