Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 cup water lukewarm
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Pizza Toppings
- 1 cup white sauce e.g., Alfredo or béchamel
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 slices prosciutto thinly sliced
- 1 cup arugula fresh
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese shaved
Instructions
- Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
- Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough and form pizzas.
- Spread white sauce over the dough, add mozzarella cheese, and cook for 12 minutes on the pizza stone. After baking, top with prosciutto, arugula, and shaved parmesan.
