Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Sauce
- 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
- 0.25 cup grape jelly
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Heat barbecue sauce and grape jelly in a saucepan until smooth.
- Toss meatballs in sauce and serve with toothpicks.
Notes
Use turkey for a leaner option. Serve warm for best flavor.
