Korean Gochujang Wings

Fiery and sweet chicken wings glazed with Korean gochujang sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
- 0.25 cup gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Mix gochujang paste, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust gochujang for desired spice level. Garnish with green onions for extra flavor.
