Meat Lovers Pizza

Packed with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham, this pizza is a carnivore’s dream with a robust tomato sauce base.

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 cup water lukewarm
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Pizza Toppings
- 1 cup red sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 15 slices pepperoni
- 1/3 cup Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup ham diced
Instructions
- Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
- Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough and form pizzas.
- Spread red sauce over the dough, add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham. Cook for 15 minutes on the pizza stone.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the meat ratios to suit your taste. Pre-cooked meats save prep time.
