Classic Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 cup water lukewarm
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Pizza Toppings
- 1 cup red sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp oregano dried
Instructions
- Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
- Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough and form pizzas.
- Spread red sauce over the dough, add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and sprinkle with oregano. Cook for 15 minutes on the pizza stone.
