Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

A creamy and savory pizza with tender chicken, crispy bacon, and tangy ranch sauce, topped with mozzarella and cheddar.

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 cup water lukewarm
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Pizza Toppings
- 1 cup ranch sauce
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1/4 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped
Instructions
- Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
- Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough and form pizzas.
- Spread ranch sauce over the dough, add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, bacon, and green onions. Cook for 15 minutes on the pizza stone.
Notes
Use pre-cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience. Adjust ranch sauce for desired creaminess.
