Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Savory mushrooms stuffed with a cheesy garlic filling, baked until golden.

Ingredients
Mushrooms
- 12 cremini mushrooms stems removed
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
- Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Use larger mushrooms for easier stuffing. Garnish with extra parsley.
