Ingredients
  

Mushrooms

  • 12 cremini mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  • Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
  • Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
  • Serve warm.
