Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz fusilli pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Sauce

  • 2 roasted red peppers jarred or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook fusilli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend roasted red peppers, garlic, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add blended sauce and heavy cream.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Toss fusilli in the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan.
