Maple Glazed Carrots

Tender carrots glazed with maple syrup and thyme, a sweet fall side dish.

Ingredients
Carrots
- 1 lb carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, thyme, and salt.
- Spread carrots on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Use rainbow carrots for a colorful presentation. Adjust maple syrup for sweetness.
