  • 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
  • Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Stir until combined.
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool before slicing and serving.
