Pumpkin Bread

Moist pumpkin bread with warm spices, perfect for fall mornings or dessert.

- 1 can pumpkin puree 15 oz
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
- Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking soda. Stir until combined.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Add chocolate chips for sweetness. Wrap tightly to keep moist.
