Classic Breakfast Omelet

A fluffy, golden omelet filled with cheese, vegetables, and herbs for a hearty and satisfying start to your day.
Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh spinach
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add bell peppers, onions, and spinach; sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Pour egg mixture into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly over the vegetables.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until edges are set, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slide onto a plate and serve immediately.
