Indian Butter Chicken

Creamy Indian chicken curry with tomato and spices.
Ingredients
Chicken
- 1.5 lb chicken breast cubed
Sauce
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garam masala
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with yogurt and spices for 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan until browned, remove.
- Melt butter, add tomato puree and garam masala, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cream and chicken, cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with naan or rice.
Notes
Add chili powder for extra heat.
