Vietnamese Bun Cha

Vietnamese grilled pork with noodles and herbs.
Ingredients
Pork
- 1 lb pork shoulder sliced
Marinade and Noodles
- 0.25 cup fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 0.25 cup fresh mint
Instructions
- Mix fish sauce and sugar, marinate pork for 30 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package, drain.
- Grill pork slices for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve pork over noodles with mint and dipping sauce.
Notes
Add cucumber for freshness.
