Chinese Kung Pao Chicken

Spicy Chinese stir-fry with chicken, peanuts, and peppers.
Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast cubed
Sauce and Vegetables
- 0.25 cup peanuts
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sichuan peppercorns
Instructions
- Stir-fry chicken in a wok until cooked, remove.
- Sauté bell pepper and peppercorns for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and peanuts, return chicken, cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
Notes
Add dried chiles for extra heat.
