Salsiccia e Peperoni

Italian sausage with roasted bell peppers.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
- 2 bell peppers sliced, mixed colors
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown sausage slices.
- Add onion and peppers, sauté until soft.
- Sprinkle oregano, cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
Notes
Add garlic for extra flavor.
