  • 1 cup white wine

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 60 minutes, basting with wine.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
