Faraona al Vino Bianco

Guinea fowl cooked in white wine.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 guinea fowl 3-4 lb, whole
- 1 cup white wine
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 garlic clove minced
Instructions
- Rub guinea fowl with olive oil, sage, and garlic.
- Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 60 minutes, basting with wine.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
- Serve with roasted vegetables.
Notes
Add thyme for extra flavor.
