Chicken thighs with rosemary and garlic.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lb chicken thighs bone-in
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
- 0.5 cup white wine
Instructions
- Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
- Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, basting with wine.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with roasted potatoes.
