Scaloppine al Marsala

Veal scaloppine with Marsala wine sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb veal scaloppine pounded thin
- 0.5 cup Marsala wine
Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 cup flour
Instructions
- Dredge veal in flour, shake off excess.
- Heat butter and olive oil, cook veal 2 minutes per side, remove.
- Add Marsala wine, simmer until thickened, return veal to coat.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
Notes
Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
