Veal scaloppine with Marsala wine sauce.

Main

  • 1 lb veal scaloppine pounded thin
  • 0.5 cup Marsala wine

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 cup flour

Instructions
 

  • Dredge veal in flour, shake off excess.
  • Heat butter and olive oil, cook veal 2 minutes per side, remove.
  • Add Marsala wine, simmer until thickened, return veal to coat.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
