Polpette di Carne

Italian meatballs in tomato sauce.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
Base
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and salt, form into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in olive oil, remove.
- Add tomatoes, simmer 30 minutes, return meatballs to sauce.
- Serve with spaghetti.
Notes
Add parmesan to meatballs for flavor.
