Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and water to form a dough, knead until smooth.
  • Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, and onion for filling.
  • Roll out dough, cut circles, and fill with potato mixture, sealing edges.
  • Boil pierogi in salted water for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  • Serve with sour cream.
