Ingredients
  

Steak

  • 1.5 lb flank steak

Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes for chimichurri.
  • Season steak with salt and pepper, marinate in half the chimichurri for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Grill steak for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Slice steak and serve with remaining chimichurri.
