Chimichurri Steak

Juicy Argentinian grilled steak topped with vibrant chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients
Steak
- 1.5 lb flank steak
Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
Instructions
- Mix parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes for chimichurri.
- Season steak with salt and pepper, marinate in half the chimichurri for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Grill steak for 6-8 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Slice steak and serve with remaining chimichurri.
Notes
Serve with grilled vegetables or potatoes.
