Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells

Filling

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 egg

Sauce

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Mix ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, egg, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  • Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in the dish.
  • Pour remaining marinara sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
