Meatloaf

Classic beef meatloaf with ketchup glaze.
Ingredients
Main
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
Glaze
- 0.5 cup ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 onion chopped
Instructions
- Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, and salt.
- Shape into a loaf, top with ketchup.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
Notes
Add Worcestershire sauce for depth.
