  • 2 can clams 6.5 oz, drained
  • 2 potatoes diced

Base

  • 4 slice bacon chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon until crisp, remove.
  • Sauté onion in bacon fat, add potatoes and 2 cups water, cook 15 minutes.
  • Add clams and cream, simmer 10 minutes.
  • Serve with oyster crackers.
