Cajun Jambalaya

Spicy rice dish with shrimp, sausage, and chicken.
Ingredients
Main
- 0.5 lb shrimp peeled
- 0.5 lb andouille sausage sliced
- 0.5 lb chicken breast cubed
Base
- 1 cup rice long-grain
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Cook sausage and chicken in a pot, add bell pepper and sauté.
- Add rice, cajun seasoning, and 2 cups water, simmer 20 minutes.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink, about 5 minutes.
- Serve with green onions.
Notes
Adjust spice level with cayenne.
