Philly Cheesesteak

Sliced beef with melted cheese on a hoagie roll.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb ribeye steak thinly sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
Topping
- 1 onion sliced
- 4 slice provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
- Add steak, cook until browned, 5 minutes.
- Top with cheese, melt, place in rolls.
- Serve with fries.
Notes
Add bell peppers for variation.
