Ingredients
  

Main

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled
  • 1 cup grits

Base

  • 4 slice bacon chopped
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook grits in 4 cups water, stir in cheese and butter.
  • Cook bacon until crisp, remove, sauté shrimp in bacon fat.
  • Serve shrimp over grits, top with bacon.
  • Garnish with green onions.
