Air Fryer Falafel

Crispy chickpea falafel with Middle Eastern spices.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 can chickpeas 15 oz, drained
Seasoning
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.25 cup parsley chopped
Instructions
- Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, and parsley until smooth.
- Form into 1-inch balls.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook falafel for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
Notes
Serve in pita bread with tahini sauce.
