Tiramisu

Classic Italian coffee and mascarpone dessert.
Ingredients

- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 24 ladyfingers
Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup espresso cooled
- 0.25 cup sugar
Instructions
- Whisk mascarpone, cream, and sugar until thick.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso, layer in a dish.
- Spread cream mixture over ladyfingers, repeat layers.
- Chill for 2 hours, dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Add a splash of coffee liqueur for extra flavor.
