Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Marinade

  • 0.25 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Toss chicken wings with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  • Serve wings hot with a side of mint chutney.
