Tandoori Wings

Spicy and aromatic chicken wings marinated in a tandoori spice blend, baked to perfection.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Marinade
- 0.25 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss chicken wings with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve wings hot with a side of mint chutney.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor. Serve with naan or a cucumber raita.
