Casserole

  • 3 sweet potatoes peeled and mashed
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter melted

Topping

  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix mashed sweet potatoes with brown sugar and melted butter. Spread in a baking dish.
  • Combine pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter for topping.
  • Sprinkle topping over sweet potatoes.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm.
