  • 1.5 lb chicken breast pounded thin
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Sauce

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Coat chicken in breadcrumbs, fry in olive oil until golden.
  • Place in baking dish, top with tomato sauce and parmesan.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with spaghetti.
