Pollo alla Parmigiana

Breaded chicken with tomato sauce and parmesan.
Ingredients
Main
- 1.5 lb chicken breast pounded thin
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Coat chicken in breadcrumbs, fry in olive oil until golden.
- Place in baking dish, top with tomato sauce and parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
- Serve with spaghetti.
Notes
Add mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
