Pollo alla Cacciatora

Rustic Tuscan chicken stew with tomatoes and herbs.
Ingredients
Main
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs bone-in
Sauce
- 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp rosemary chopped
Instructions
- Brown chicken in olive oil, remove.
- Sauté onion until soft.
- Add tomatoes and rosemary, return chicken, simmer for 40 minutes.
- Serve with polenta.
Notes
Add olives for extra flavor.
