Pollo alla Diavola

Spicy grilled chicken with chili and herbs.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 whole chicken 3-4 lb, spatchcocked
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary chopped
- 1 lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes, rub on chicken.
- Marinate for 1 hour.
- Grill over medium heat for 40 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve with grilled vegetables.

Adjust chili for desired heat.
