Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 1 lb orecchiette pasta

Sauce

  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe trimmed
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta and broccoli rabe in salted water until al dente, drain.
  • Sauté anchovies and red pepper flakes in olive oil until melted.
  • Toss pasta and broccoli rabe in the pan with sauce.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan.
