Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water

Toppings

  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
  • Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside.
  • Roll out dough, spread tomato sauce, add mozzarella, and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Top with basil before serving.
