Mac and Cheese

Creamy baked macaroni with cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
Main
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook macaroni, drain.
- Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk to make sauce.
- Add cheese, mix with macaroni, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Add breadcrumbs for crunchy topping.
