Lebanese Kafta

Grilled Lebanese ground beef skewers with parsley.
Ingredients
Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
Seasoning
- 0.25 cup parsley chopped
- 1 onion grated
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Mix beef, parsley, onion, allspice, and cumin.
- Form mixture into skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve with hummus and pita.
Notes
Add mint for extra freshness.
