Garlic Herb Wings

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Serve wings hot with a side of garlic aioli.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for a more vibrant flavor. Serve with a lemon wedge for extra zest.
