  • 1 can Kidney beans drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Onion chopped

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, beans, and spices.
  • Simmer for 45–60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
