Chicken Pot Pie

Creamy chicken and vegetable pie with flaky crust.
Ingredients
Main
- 2 cup cooked chicken shredded
- 2 pie crust store-bought or homemade
Filling
- 1 cup mixed vegetables carrots, peas
- 0.5 cup cream
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Sauté vegetables in butter, add cream and chicken.
- Pour into pie crust, cover with second crust.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Add thyme for extra flavor.
