Buffalo Chicken Pizza

A spicy pizza with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and a blend of mozzarella and blue cheese crumbles.

Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 cup water lukewarm
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Pizza Toppings
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
- 2 tbsp green onions chopped
Instructions
- Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine the flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
- Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough and form pizzas.
- Spread buffalo sauce over the dough, add mozzarella and blue cheese, shredded chicken, and green onions. Cook for 15 minutes on the pizza stone.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level. Add a drizzle of ranch for a milder flavor.
