Chocolate Chip Cookies

Classic chewy chocolate chip cookies, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 1 cup butter softened
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies. Store in an airtight container.
