Orecchiette con Cime di Rapa

Puglian pasta with broccoli rabe and anchovies.
Ingredients
Pasta
- 1 lb orecchiette pasta
Sauce
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe trimmed
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Boil pasta and broccoli rabe in salted water until al dente, drain.
- Sauté anchovies and red pepper flakes in olive oil until melted.
- Toss pasta and broccoli rabe in the pan with sauce.
- Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan.
Notes
Add garlic for extra flavor.
