Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Ground almonds
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.
  • Sift flour and baking powder, then mix in ground almonds.
    1.5 cup All-purpose flour, 0.5 cup Ground almonds, 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, butter, and amaretto until smooth.
    1 cup Granulated sugar, 3 Large eggs, 0.5 cup Butter, 2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
  • Fold in dry ingredients, pour into pan, and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool and top with almond slivers.
