Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 tbsp salt for pasta water

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup basil pesto store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat pesto and heavy cream in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until combined.
  • Season with salt and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Toss tortellini in the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Serve immediately.
